REVIEW ON 1947 RESTAURANT ,JAYANAGAR,BENGALURU

1947 ,the name itself has some uniqueness & we experienced an unique hospitality too here!!

Yes,yesterday alongside 2 of my friends I visited this outlet in Jayanagar. This is my second visit to 1947 earlier was the outlet in West of Chord road.Although the outlets are different I had a notion the taste will remain same. Astonishingly the buffet which I tasted here was different & it was better than the other outlet. We had a couple of minutes of discussion whether to go for Buffet lunch or À la carte system.Peeking through the excessive options for buffet,we decided to for Buffet lunch.

"Shorba Aur Soup " - I tasted Tomato soup with added Indian spices & butter which was tasty ,then the Spicy corn cup was one of the best tasted soup in the city.

"Choice of Papad" - Since we chose Buffet we had no other option apart from Roasted papad which had a decent taste.

"Salads" - There were Green salads , Corn & Pineapple salads and also chopped carrots, onions & cucumbers which all were pleasant to have.

"Khaane Ki Pehel" : Starters - "Aloo Nazakat Ke" was completely delicious where baby potatoes were immersed with a tiny amount of curd & spices. "Tandoori Baby corn" was enjoyable to taste & "Paneer tikka lal mirch" tasted excellently too.

"Roti Rangmach " - We had an option to go for Roti,Naan,Kulcha, with or without butter,it's foodie's choice. I just had a single Butter Roti which tasted nothing new.

"Khaas-E-Kadai" - This side dishes or gravy had a complete North Indian taste & it will satisfy your taste. "Kadai Veg " & "Rajma Masala " both tasted perfectly for Butter Roti.

"Chaawal Ka Khazaana " - "Subzi Dum Biryani " was scrumptious and it was made with spicy comfort I would rather say it.

"Choice of Rice & Noodles " - "Schezwan Rice "was pleasing again but "Thai Noodles " could have been prepared better.

"Chat section " - It was mouthwatering actually.Although we had only 3 options I tasted "Pani Puri" & " Papdi Chat " both of them had a Rajasthani style."Pani" could have been little more spicy.

"Ice Cream " - After having all those above dishes I needed a perfect desserts to end our buffet.Chocolate ice cream with choco syrup was superb & Pineapple ice cream was equally good.

The ambience here was amazing & everyone can enjoy having lunch over here. It's so hygiene and this cool place will be a lifetime experience for sure.If you prefer for Buffet lunch it will be pocket friendly.

The staffs were so loyal to us & I'm thankful to each one of them.In coming days I'll surely visit here.
